When you attend a conferences or an expo, what type of people do you see at the event?  Most likely, you would see people of different races, gender, and ages.  Right?

Since a conference or an expo gathers a diverse crowd, shouldn’t the marketing of this type of event represent the people who attend it?  We think so!

Most companies want to embrace diversity, so they’ll include images of different races and gender on their website.  This way, they can show their market that they love everyone.  However, by placing different images on a website doesn’t prove that a company “really” embraces diversity – nooopppee!  It’s also on the type of image that a company chooses and how they portray non-Caucasians.
