Fans Writing on their Wall:  No, a complete disappointment.  GoDaddy needs to find a method to get their fans to interact on their page by either asking questions, concerns, or to say good/bad things about the organization and/or services.
GoDaddy Constantly Writing on their Wall: Yes, GoDaddy is writing on their wall on a daily basis.  However, they’re not posting frequently – average is 1-3 postings per day.  GoDaddy could increase its postings with the recommendations we provided above.  Nevertheless, they are doing a great job providing tips, education (truth about certain myths), updates on their services/company, company donations ($500k to Haiti), and about their employees.
Fans Responding to Postings: Very few.

Safeway Twitter Page

Look & Feel: Good!
Constant Updates:  Yes, Safeway is doing a great job updating their Twitter page on a daily basis.  However, they only tweet once a day and mostly on saving tips and discounts.  Safeway does a great job using Twitter as a customer service tool, as well updates on customer concerns and how people can submit comments about a specific store, etc.  Nevertheless, Safeway needs to tweet more than once a day on other topics.  For example: more recipes (each week can be a theme), how to use the products they sell to save money/environment, how to pick the right food for their family, how to cook a meal within a budget, etc.

Microsoft’s Facebook Page

Overall Interactive: 95%
Fans Constantly Writing on their Wall:  Yes!  However, we were surprised to see several people bashing Microsoft on their Facebook page.  We’re happy that Microsoft has not removed those negative postings because it allows their page to be unbiased and gives everyone the opportunity to speak their mind about their products. 

Microsoft Constantly Writing on their Wall: Yes, Microsoft constantly writes on their wall about their products – new, free trials, and updates.  However, they lack creativity and don’t include topics that could encourage more interaction from their fans.  Topics that Microsoft could include – what do you like best about Windows 7?  What do you think of the blah blah blah new feature?  Did you see what people are saying about our new product?  Tips on how to better use the Microsoft products.  Of course, there are more topics but these are just a couple of examples.
